UNICODE ERROR: win_install.py: error: argument -l/--location: invalid unicode value: 'C:\\Users\\Cs\xf3kTam\xe1s\\AppData\\Local\\CIRCLE\\'

Cs\xf3kTam\xe1s is also missing a space in the unicode value, username should have been Cs\xf3k\x20Tam\xe1s [domain forced username])

PIP: 7.0.1 is used instead of 9.*
