Login to portal sometimes denied with "CSRF verification failed. Request aborted." message

Seen on Centos7 and Debian8 installations. Login usually successful on second or third attempt.

    Also encountered on Ubuntu 14.04!

    This always happens if you have already logged in in another tab (not sure if thats the issue here)
