Errors from moncelery caused by DJANGO_URL not being set
Every 30 seconds, an error (attached) is put in the system log. journalctl_output.txt
Should DJANGO_URL be set here? https://git.ik.bme.hu/circle/salt/blob/master/salt/manager/files/postactivate#L16
