randomize secret and key in installer.sls

In installer.sls the strings proxy_secret, secret_key and other passphrases should be replaced to random values, eg output of pwgen.

    Or simply explained in the documentation to change them :)

    Both. Otherwise `default' installation can be cracked easily, ruining the spotless reputation of Circle! :)
