Map package names

Supporting different linux distro needs mapping package names.

Example pillar file:

pkgs:
  {% if grains['os_family'] == 'RedHat' %}
  libvirt: libvirt
  {% elif grains['os_family'] == 'Debian' %}
  libvirt: libvirt-bin
