- don't refresh the page immediately when the response
  comes back, wait til all the activity finishes

Unhandled exception: _get_remote_args() got an unexpected
          keyword argument 'activity'

- disk remove with op view in vm detail
- still use old disk remove for removing disks from template
- also fix some resize code

The filtering messed up the host list table for vlans
that contains hosts that are not associated with VMs
